Roadtrip 2014: Vancouver - Yakima - Boise - Provo - Flagstaff - Tucson - Palm Springs - Paso Robles - Sacramento - Eureka - Bandon - Seaside - Vancouver

Day 2 - Yakima to Boise

The hustle and bustle of morning coffee at North Town.

The shoot.

Essentially American.

Yes, once again, we're crossing the Columbia.

The World Famous Oregon Electrons Crossing the Columbia. Wildlife photograpers from around the world come to capture the annual migration of electrons across the river to their winter breeding grounds. The wild electrons build elaborate towers to attract mates along the river banks.

Emma waits patiently. She has no clue what the excitement is about.

The citizens of Hermiston prepare for the inevitable autumn influx of vampires by stockpiling garlic. It is thought driving large dumptrucks of garlic around the streets will repel the vampires into neighboring Idaho, where the population is not only unaware of the danger, but are tastier besides.

Walmart's secret Christmas invasion fleet is training for landings on beachheads across North America at their secret desert training facility. Those are the mind-control trailers they plan to use to soften the defences of defenseless consumers.

Found in a washroom in Baker City.

There's never a shortage of just plain weird stuff flowing over the interstates.

Braving the Boise River rapids.

Footbridge over the Boise. Just don't do it.
